I am convinced that there are enoughnever Trump in all houses of Congress to prevent anything of real value to go through while he is president

Why try to do anything as a senator? It is all risk and no reward. The populace has shown they want to be governed by executive order.
If he tries to pass some ultra conservative bill, it won't get the RINO votes to pass. If he tries to compromise to get a bill passed he will be primaried.
Cruz, and the large majority of the senators on both sides, can just chill during their 6 year terms, collect a fat check, roll in the lobbyist gifts, insider trade, and get a few sound bites in to run for reelection.
Senator is now the biggest grift in America.

Guy has been in office a little over 3 months.
Low hanging fruit is the goal right now.
But he better get some bills passed I. The next year because who knows what happens at the midterms.

I’m no Cruz apologist but my goodness - do a little research and see what he’s done.
Passed the bipartisan Cruz-Klobichar “Take it down act”
Took over as Chair of the Commerce Committee (pretty big deal)
Sits on the Judiciary and Foreign Affairs committees
Here’s a link to legislation he is currently sponsoring or co-sponsoring LINK

Cruz said 2-3 years ago that he was going to fight against censorship of conservatives by amending section 230. It's been crickets since. He's as useless as most congressmen.

Cruz is doing absolutely Jack Shite.
Nothing for him to do. He’s an only skill is going on Tv and complaining. So he can’t do much of that now.
