What do you do if you're Thomas Crooks parents and sister right now? How do you move on?

I would hire security first.

And not because a Trump supporter is coming for you.

Someone should do a documentary on parents/family of famous/notorious killers and what happened to them afterwards. I would definitely watch it.

Not sure they will be moving on. If son got the gun from dad there will be some kind of charges for sure. Kind of like the crumblys. They need a lawyer.

No there won’t. The shooter was an adult.

Honestly, I would imagine most people feel bad for them. As someone who has a kid with bipolar disorder, I can say from first hand experience, sometimes the parents can break their backs with blood, sweat and tears to try to get their kid on the right path. Sometimes it doesn't happen. I don't know these people, but at the end of the day, he was an independent 20 year that went mad. They didn't.

they should move to Hollywood where they will be treated like royalty and "beach friends" will give them a home with 2 front doors.

And there are enough in Baton Rouge alone to fill an entire season of episodes!

Easier said than done but all you can do is judge them based on their own merits- great parents sometime have terribly broken kids, or sometimes terrible have amazing kids

If giving benefit of the doubt until we know more- the family has to be dealing with a lot
