so hypothetically because i dunno the law there.....but lets say florida has law that they must be on the ballot by a certain time....they are under no obligation to add the new candidate if after the date and it would require a vote of some kind at the state level and its red at that level

At the same time, they've gotten literally everything they've wanted over the last 18 months, sans RvW.

So while Joe looks like an imbecile every day, Democrats continue to win. Part of that, I think, is his ability to lie and not be called out, while at the same time looking like a complete idiot.

And it doesn't matter where the polls are, we just sent another tens of billions of dollars to Ukraine.

His exact situation is allowing the Dems to take a pass on demeaning him, right now, while winning through their plan. I'd want to keep that up if I were them.
