I’m not sure why, but this sentence terrifies me on some weird existential level, as if some alien organism could use me as its internal organ.
What if... Hear me out. What if... The Earth IS the organism and we are the internal organs.

Apparently we don't need proof because we should be 100% trusting of strangers we've never met.
Yet if I 100% trust a stranger I meet in the world he created, they might just take all my shite and shoot me and leave me in a ditch to die.

The first occurred about 2.2 billion years ago, when an archaea swallowed a bacterium that became the mitochondria

If there’s only been 2 times that this has happened before, where did all the other organelles inside of cells come from?

Everything in the universe had to come from somewhere originally. It either appeared out of thin air on its own randomly, or a divine being created it.

I agree with a divine being creating the universe.
Where they lose me is the part where he supposedly looked like me (created in his image), knows I exist, or cares what I do. Or that I'm gonna meet him one day and we're gonna hang out in the clouds and be happier than we've ever been as long as I ask for his forgiveness for all the bad things I've ever done.
