A Kentucky woman says she screamed like never before when she won a lottery jackpot earlier this month.
According to the Kentucky Lottery, Reshawn Toliver was at a gas station in the Hopkinsville area when she bought five of the $5 Wild Cash Multiplier scratch-off tickets.
Toliver scratched her tickets when she went home. As she scratched the last ticket off, she revealed three “7" symbols in the second game.
Lottery officials said by matching three identical symbols in the same game, players win the prize shown for that game.

Toliver uncovered the game’s $90,000 top prize.
“I screamed! I’ve never hollered that loud before,” she said.
Toliver told lottery officials that her son and boyfriend were in the other room and didn’t know what was happening.
“They were like, ‘What’s going on? Are you OK?’’ she said. “I told them I needed to calm down. I was lost for a minute.”

Toliver ended up receiving a check for $64,800 on March 4.
She told lottery officials that she had been wanting to quit her job and winning the lottery allowed her to do that.
“I was unhappy with my job and God made a way,” Toliver said. “I felt bad leaving but I’m relieved to be able to quit my job.”
The gas station will receive $900 for selling the winning ticket.

Maybe she just had a shitty job and this allows her to quit for a year or two.

I wish I was in a position to quit my job for 64k

After I paid vehicle off and threw some at student loans, would have enough left to treat myself to a nice box combo from Raising canes

64k is more than enough to quit your job for 6 months to a year and figure something else out

I bet she blows it on some fancy car or something like that though

Maybe she will get kicked off of food stamps and other government freebies now. She acts like 60,000 is enough to retire on. She is going to have a rude awakening

One of my uncle's mother in law received a settlement for over $400K back in the 90s. She lived in an old run down trailer and drove a crappy car. She quit her job, bought three of her kids new homes and cars(my uncle and his wife didn't want her money) and ended up in that same run down trailer and car. In less than a year, all that money was gone.

I have definitely been in a situation where I’d quit my job for that amount.

Posted says quit not retire for life. It’s interesting how ppl can see the exact same thing and go to several different extremes of how they interrupt the same info.

I'd consider it. That's enough to wipe out all my debt minus the house.

She did what half of this working country wants to do. Quit a shite job to look for a better one while not having to worry about bills.

I've always said it would take $10m after taxes for me to quit.
