I watched her read her statement and am proud of what she said and how she said it. There are hack journalists of every ilk, right and left, who do hit jobs on big names to sell papers and as KM said, to get clicks. It’s getting more and more tabloid like, similar to the British, which is truly ridiculous.
After turning him down based upon what she thought of his piece on Brian Kelly, it’s how this guy went about trying to get a story that has rightly bothered Mulkey. Hounding her for two years, lying to coaches and players to get their cooperation and then sending questions and demanding answers two days before the tournament starts. Doesn’t sound like a credible journalist in any respect. I was glad to see her put these details out there to give everyone a heads up on this guy. Hopefully it discredits him and his story.
If it does get published and there are unfounded accusations, I hope she gets to hold them accountable in a big way.

It was 100% a hit piece on LSU though. Found a way to weave a few sentences about David Duke and a bunch of “Black people hate LSU” commentary (paraphrased because article was worse)
