I'm fairly open-minded, but this lawsuit is pretty damn solid and will likely end up at the Supreme Court.
Common Sense. Male and Female aren’t the same, me pretending to be able to fly a plane isn’t the same as actually being able to fly and land a plane. The more the media and politicians continue to push this nonsense, day in and day-ought is just further proof they are trying to normalize craziness.

Alabama Athletics pose as trannies too. Strip them of their titles.

Not that it matters, but this and the whole bathroom thing just seems crazy to me. And why is it always dudes who transition into women?
As a father of daughters, don’t get me wrong I support divided lockers. But at the same time, I also strongly believe Americans vastly overthink it. There’s still plenty of cultures where men and women share and for most of man’s history we have shared. I mean hell man and wife had sex in front of their older children and still do in many cultures because there’s no place to hide, their homes are too small.
Modern America is different, no doubt. But throwing a towel on and changing is a very minor issue here imo compared to a man racing a women.

Dude. We, and most of the world doesn't live in Haiti, or in Papua New Guinea. Your use of cultural relativism is not going to be beneficial for your tenure around most here.

That doesn't make any sense, when you stated, in the same sentence,
quote:. Which is it? I whip out my junk in the women's bathroom at Wal-Mart, or not? It's sharing, right?
I support divided lockers
I don't look at other people's wives at parties. Did I see how big her boobs were? No, someone else's wife, so I kept my eyes above shoulder level. But what you fail to acknowledge is that there have been repeated cases of men in locker rooms or changing areas that have erections, and talk about how they're attracted to women, in a room full of women that rightfully feel it's sexual harassment. It's not cases of discreetly taking off your underwear while covered by a towel to go shower when the women were done.
You won't be convinced, so I'll change the subject. How about scholarships? When dudes that claim they are women are given scholarships, should that come from the scholarship pool for women or dudes? The girl that plays softball for ULL will just have to go down to DII or DIII to get a scholarship. Seems fair, right?

She is sacrificing her current career opportunities to help protect my young 4th grade girl from having to share a locker room with a male in a few years.
Is she? What career opportunities has she lost out on? She hosts a podcast for outkick, regularly guests on Fox news and wrote a book. Does any of this happen without her being an anti trans advocate? This is her career and hey, good for her get paid while you can.
And as far as trans people in sports I don't actually have a real opinion on it. It seems to be a more complicated issue than I have or plan to put any thought in to. It also seems to be an extremely rare issue that almost never comes up in the real world so when it happens it's a story.

Lies. It's human nature. We all look whether we realize it or not.

Fool. This has been an issue in high school women's volleyball, basketball, swimming at multiple levels, high school track, powerlifting among masters lifters (at least.)
Can you at least read or watch some of Riley's material before just spouting off that it "never comes up?" I watch/read commie speeches from the EU and from Congress. If you're so right, you should prove yourself right by refuting specific points made by the people in the fight, not ones that ignore it.

Men do not belong in woman’s or girls locker rooms. Sorry to ruin your fantasy.
Also America is not yet a third world shite hole yet.

I don't care and I don't think it matters. So the women lose to bigger and better athletes. That's the nature of sports.

No, this is her gig. She has made millions off this. It was smart. There are grifter women that pose as conservative to get attention online and it pays off huge, especially if they are somewhat attractive.

It's as simple as it can be. Men have no place in women's competitions or their locker rooms. What the hell can be complex about that?

Why do women need to compete? Why is there a need for separate sports or division to recognize lesser athletes and players? What's the point?
I hate Title 9 and women's sports. They don't need to exist. Every guy I know felt the same way. But somehow they are turning people with this dumb trans issue to drum up support, and it's working..

why should taxpayer funded institutions of higher learning be tied to athletics like they are.
Because university are supposed to be places that provide universal (meaning well rounded) education. Is why you are required to take general education electives such as English and history for STEM majors and mathematics and sciences for non-STEM majors. Athletics provide opportunities for individuals to further round their education.
Stepping away from the philosophical side, it’s because these athletic offerings provide 2 things:
1. Increased exposure for the schools which in turn increased applications and increased funds
2. Increased camaraderie amongst the student populations which leads directly to increased donations from graduates as they age further increasing fund

Why is everyone that comes out against liberal lunacy a grifter to you people? I’m sure I don’t agree with Riley on 100% of her political stances but on this we 100% agree. Still trying to understand why taking the common sense conservative stance on a wedge issue makes her a grifter. She was brave enough to take a stand that ALL female and male athletes should take and is getting the publicity for it because she’s the only one. If that lunatic dyke soccer player would have came out against dudes playing women’s sports she would be getting the same publicity.

Because they have nothing else to really attack common sense and logic with, on top of a lack of ability to view the world from any perspective except their own.
When you are out of actual reasons or facts to argue with, your only choice is to de-legitimize the opponent

Do you have a daughter? frick no you don’t you piece of shite. No father would ever say that. My daughter competed against other girls in sports on a level playing field all through high school and I enjoyed every minute I got to watch her compete. Smooth brain fricks like you need a good arse whipping.

Just doing all she can can to hang on to her 15 minutes of fame.
Call it what you want, but her 15 minutes will amount to more than everything you will ever achieve over your entire life.

We aren't talking combat sports this is swimming. How long has the athlete been on hrt drugs? How is the body different after 6 months or one year after 3 years? And no I'm not suggesting we should give hrt drugs to or transition children. The swimmer in question didn't suddenly become Katie Ledecky in the event she competed against Riley Gaines they tied for 5th. If her advantage was that big why isn't she 1st or the best women's swimmer of all time?

What are the numbers? As this board loves to point out trans people make up an incredibly small percentage of the population. I think it's less than 2%. How many of those are female to male which wouldn't be a part of this conversation? Of the remaining percentage how many are playing sports at any level?
Per googling the numbers are hard to come by but I found a study from last year that shows 5 trans athletes from k-12. I found another that shows that 32 college trans athletes exist over the entire NCAA. That's an incredibly small number of athletes.
