You want to pretend they're the same, but they're not. I wasn't talking about universities, but the world cup for national teams.

But I was in the post you quoted and university sports is the point of the thread, hell it’s in the title. I do see them as being the same, if taxpayer dollars are paying for it both sexes should have the right to compete. How "good" you see them as being, whether or not anyone watches them at all, if you are entertained or not - all of that is completely irrelevant.

Is ad revenue the point of sports at taxpayer funded universities (what we’re talking about)?

We deserve better than you.

I will never refer to a man that wears women's clothes or makeup or has his penis removed as a "woman".

I am sympathetic to mental illness, but I'm not going to participate in it.

Anything anyone does to call the world out on this ridiculous bullshite, I support.

But I would have easily scored a scholarship to play a number of female sports.

No.

You’re just bitter because you sucked at men’s sports, and the women would also beat you like a rented mule.

No you wouldn't have, because you're a guy.

it's just shows how dumb it is that these sports exist on these upper levels..

Nothing wrong with the sports as long as men stay away from them.

Just doing all she can can to hang on to her 15 minutes of fame.
That was Liar Thomas' game.
Riley has simply fought being marginalized in a sport category reserved for women by a faux woman whose lies were accepted by the NCAA.
And that fight is an important one for her and for society as a whole.

Nothing wrong with Title IX and giving women equal access to sports assuming tax dollars are what’s paying for it no matter if you like watching it or not, that’s irrelevant and not the point. What does matter is men starting to take over women’s sports.

100% People with daughters should be thankful for Title IX! It allows them to get all the same benefits that boys got for years from playing sports.

It totally crushes me to watch how the NCAA and is walking all over it with the tranny shite. I grew up when girls barely had sports to participate in. It's horrible to take that away by letting the men compete against them!

but this and the whole bathroom thing just seems crazy to me

This competition issue is very different from the general bathroom issue. In sports locker rooms, people shower, they walk around naked and are dressing and changing. In a Walmart bathroom, (especially the women's) you are behind a stall and potentially no one even knows your gender. They only know how you are dressed. Most likely, we've had some trannies using the opposite restroom for quite a while and nobody really knew. In the swimming locker room, oh those women knew. It was right there in their faces.

People aren't watching it.

And this is the only reason sports exist?

The largest numbers of people participating in sports are from K-12. These girls benefit greatly by having the experience of teammates, physical hard work, learning to take risks, learning time management due to practices, etc. Honestly, it's great if you win, but even that doesn't really matter in the long run for the benefits girls get from sports. I'd say the exact same thing for the boy's sports. Most will never play whatever their sport is after high school. So why should any of them bother, based on what you say?
