What's funny is Louis Litt is sold as the douche bag in the show and yet he's the only likeable character.

Walking Dead around season 5
Peaky Blinders but it was early and I may give that one more time one of these days

Made it to the third epi of Yellowstone twice but gave up. The prequels were better.

The office after Michael leaves. To this day, I haven't been able to watch all of seasons 8 and 9. I just lose interest quickly

I didn't make it through Negan.
I found him annoying and the fact that Rick and Co never seemed to learn anything in terms of strategy, tactics, etc against the dead or the living got old

What tv show, either recently or awhile back, were you into for awhile, and then just gave up on because it just got to be too convoluted or you just lost interest?
Westworld- I tapped out late in the first season. Was very intrigued at first, but the show runners got WAY too focused on being cute and tricksy, and I lost interest.
Wheel of Time- I was pretty eager to watch it because it was a known popular book series, and I thought Amazon was going to step up their game to challenge HBO etc regarding "top tier" series. I was expecting a Game of Thrones effort, and it ended up being worse than Xena/Hercules level. Those at least had eye candy and humor, WoT was just bad.
Lost, shortly after the guy on the boat storyline. I never did see the ending, and no desire to.
House of the Dragon- I was a bit jaded by the final seasons of Game of Thrones, but I WANTED to like this, and hoped it would recapture the early success.
I just didn't care for it. Too vulgar, nobody I had any interest rooting for, nobody who jumped out at me. I made it maybe 5 episodes, and said nah... that's enough for me.

The first time I tried to watch Man in the High Castle I quit on it. This was back when it was free on prime. I kept seeing post on here about how good it is, so when it popped up on the site, I started watching it. Into the 3rd episode I quit watching it because I couldn't figure out what was going on. I left it alone for a couple of years, then decided to watch it again. This time I started with the first season. Yea, that's right, I'd started watching the third season the first time. I was new to it and that's what Prime sent me too. When I got to that season I knew what was going on, after watching the first two seasons. It made complete sense. By the time I finished it, the series was over.
I watched the whole first season of the show about a game warden, Joe Pickett, on Paramount. Couldn't finish the 1st episode of Season 2.
I quit on Episode 6 of Dexter, New Blood. Don't really remember what made me quit it. May need to restart that episode and try again.
I quit on Episode 5 of the Evangel Christian football show, God. Family. Football. Only had one more episode to finish the season.
I watched 2 episodes of Bookie on Max. Never have gone back and cancelled service with them this week.

Recently, The English. I have a screen crush on Emily Blunt, but man oh man she couldn't save it.

1) Bewitched
The second "Darren" ruined the whole "plausibility" factor of the show
2) Lost In Space
Once every single show plot focused on Dr. Smith's weekly fecklessness, screwing with everyone's life and nothing else (while also somehow getting away with accosting 12 year old Will Robinson every episode) I gave up. Eventually the entire premise seemed a bit too silly.
3) Friends
Didn't watch all that often (until Season 9.5) but the whole sordid Joey-Rachel affair and preggo thing made me sorta give up on season 10
BONUS show surrender
The Shield
Once Shane blew up his best bud, Lem, I mean come on -- That was NOT the "camaraderie" I expected. Who wrote that crap? Gave up on the show then and there...
........
Chyeah, right.
It was un-beleeeevable!! /Bill Walton voice

It could have ended in season 1 and been a classic "limited series" for HBO.

It’s been mentioned a few times but I’ll mention it again because I’m usually pretty faithful to finish a show out no matter how bad it is - but… Lost.
I think the problem is I started watching it around 2020 or so. I’m sure if I was watching it live weekly with the rest of the world in the 00’s, I could’ve stuck with it.

NCIS - Not sure if this even counts, as it's been on for a freaking generation. Was a die-hard fan of the show for a good 8-10 yrs, tailed off as some characters left, and totally checked out when DiNozzo exited. Tried to dip back in when Ziva returned, but it never felt the same.
I'm hanging by a thread on Rings of Power; I will see what Season 2 Ep 1 brings. I don't think they can fix it, btw, but I'm curious to see if they try to. There's a small window where they can say "Sauron has misled us" regarding their take on lore...

Babylon Berlin Really happy that I made it through season 1. It's got great production and good actors. If you're into the Mr Robot-film noir genre, you'd probably get a kick out of it. But I just couldn't care less about any of the characters, even after really trying. Kinda felt like you were supposed to just naturally care about the characters because of the background setting (pre-Hitler Germany) or something, maybe...?

Breaking Bad after the fly episode.
This Joe Rogan/Kat Williams interview I'm watching is about to be given up. I don’t care that Kat Williams read Little Women 4 times.
