Tried Walking Dead for a bit. It got ridiculous real quick. And I didn't make it to mid-season of the prequel, Fear the Walking Dead.

Funny thing about Outlander - I was intrigued by the time travel & magic aspect of it at first, but as it became more & more romance novel stuff, I tapped out. I told a family member about it, and they got hooked. They had gotten into The Good Place. I gave it a try, liked it, but I guess after season 2, they bailed. Then I did too. I never even saw S4. Janet though...great character.

Tales from the Loop - Technically I saw all episodes, but I sure as hell wish I hadn't. It's sorta like Eureka, but without the fun & enjoyment.

Search Party. Got hooked in with this quirky mess of a show. Terrible ending to S1, never saw season 2. Apparently it lasted for 5 seasons, most of them on HBO Max...

Upload - Decent enough, but I axed Amazon Prime, so ...

NCIS - Not sure if this even counts, as it's been on for a freaking generation. Was a die-hard fan of the show for a good 8-10 yrs, tailed off as some characters left, and totally checked out when DiNozzo exited. Tried to dip back in when Ziva returned, but it never felt the same.

I feel like Yellowstone gave up on me.

House of Cards started awesome and went to absolute shite even before Spacey was kicked off.

most shows that last more than 3-4 seasons

This is the undeniable human truth. Specifically for me, Sons of Anarchy and Suits...Season 4 tends to always be the tipping point.

True.

Fonzie jumped the shark in S5.

Explain.

This isn't a judgment, but please tell me why. I want to know.

Too many to list, it feels like the older I get the fewer shows I finish. I used to binge watch shows with several 20+ episode seasons, now I rarely finish a show with a couple ~10 episode seasons.

I also have the strange bad habit of not finishing a show when I'm near the end, even if I really like the show. It took almost 10 years to watch the last few episodes of Fringe and in the same time span I still haven't seen the last couple episodes of Big Love and True Blood among other shows.

True Detective. Watched 1 and 3 and never could get the grasp of series 2.
American Horror went to shite after the first couple of mini-series.

In the last 20 years, it's been House, Breaking Bad, Monk and Mad Men that I really finished, start to finish...and they all ended 10 years ago. Too many options now you just move on. Didn't even finish The Office or Scrubs...iconic brands...it was a different world when 70 million people tuned in to watch the finale of MASH.

Breaking Bad. Wife and I binge watched all but the last season. Life happened and we got busy and just never was interested in finishing the show.

Dallas. We watched season 1 last year. Then we just stopped. It was never a conscious decision, we just both moved on without even having to talk about it.

Willow. fricking woke trash. Bailed early.

Wheel of Time. More woke trash. Quit after about 5 episodes.

Cobra Kai. Season one was cool but I lost interest. I was never a huge Karate Kid fan.

Mandalorian. Enjoyed season one. Never had the interest in watching more.

Haha yeah that’s pretty much the state I was in as I punished my way through an entire final season of that convoluted mess.

- I’ll add Halo.. I really wanted to like it but couldn’t get into it.

This is a good one. Season 1 hit all the nostalgia feels perfectly and gave Johnny a great redemption story. Season 2 was just ok (thanks to Kreese) but I don't give a damn about the kids. Watched maybe 3 episodes of the 3rd season and threw in the towel.

Season one was great. Season two was written by sicko child groomers.

The Boys
Cool concept, good acting…then they spent nearly a full episode dressing down Christians appropo of nothing.

Slow Horses
Immediately went all in on “white nationalist terrorists’ and I bailed.

Jack Ryan
The right wing dictatorship of Venezuela was too much.

Ted Lasso
Got woke and not funny.

the walking dead-same wash, rinse, repeat every season. i bowed out the season before glen was killed

sons of anarchy-was on house arrest for 48 hours for a DUI back when it was still a big thing. binged 4 seasons in 2 days and got absolutely burned out. didnt watch the last couple

shameless-another one i got obsessed with and was just burned out after 5 or 6 seasons. havent seen the last few

the wire-loved season 1 but season 2 lost me. got a bit convoluted and wasnt as good as season 1

Better Call Saul-fiance' and i watched the first 2 seasons and it was just boring. plus i couldnt stand his brother Chuck with his weird phobia and how he would always cater to him even though he was a piece of shite. frick that guy
