Wrong

If the 2nd stopper is interfering with the 1st stopper then they did not stop appropriately

Man, that postal van held up pretty damn good compared to the car!

Of course you don’t have to yield to 10 cars, but once you’re both moving turning left into the side of a car isn’t recommended

So wait, do you or do you not have to yield to a line of cars?

If I go left and a car that was 8th in line goes straight and hammers me, is it my fault?

It's similar to a green light without a protected arrow. You can technically have the green light, but still not have the right of way. In almost every scenario, the person turning left must yield to oncoming traffic.

It doesn't matter how many cars there are going straight. The vehicle turning left must yield.

Now does it play out like that? No. Most people go by the first come first serve policy, but that is not the law in most states. (When it comes to a 2 way stop.)

If you're involved in a headon collision, the person turning left will be at fault.

Except this analogy is stupid because it would mean the oncoming van has a green light and does not have to stop.

Unlike an actual stop sign.

After this season of not making the playoffs again, I have to say it was the carr’s fault.

Car. Vehicles that are turning in that situation do not have the right of way regardless of who arrived at the stop first.

Yes. I’m starting to understand why Louisiana has such high car insurance rates.

Bet you believe the gun was at fault when someone is shot, right?

I do not like it when people give up their right of way. It lays a trap for everyone else following the rules of the road.

Since both had the stop sign the vehicle that stopped first has the right of way (whether turning or going straight).

The car. Hell, the video looks like the car accelerates on purpose like he was trying to hit the van
