I’d say execute this individual as well as all other similar situations.
Call it the KGB process
Call it the KGB process

Damn Biden letting dude travel to China and back multiple times, during fricking covid

I almost find it hard to believe that someone has been here that short of time and yet has access to that information.
If you don't believe that, they call you a bad word.

It really makes you wonder just how compromised our "leaders" really are/were.

A change in the law is needed here. Amazingly, this is not grounds for a denaturalization proceeding. This is an overt act of espionage and he is being charged only for stealing trade secrets. Maximum penalty is 10 years. He will be out and still a citizen in less than a decade despite obviously loyalty to the PRC.
Some enterprising attorney needs to test an argument that his espionage attempts post-naturalization are per se evidence that he committed fraud to obtain the naturalization in the first place. Would it work? Seems like he was not careful with his communications and I'd bet there is evidence of such before he filed the naturalization petition.

How ‘bout no naturalized citizens working on top secret national defense projects unless they arrived as children. It’s ridiculous that we would allow some guy that came as an adult to be anywhere near information like this.

Death Penalty.
They arrested a Chinese national with live viruses in a briefcase and let that bastard get on a plane out of here anyway.

The problem is that our security is shite and we allowed someone like this access to our secret technology.
The problem is anyone questioning this would be labeled racist and anti Asian.

You do? We had a president 30 years ago selling access to the Chinese for sleepovers at the White House.

It would really confirm how fricked up our government is if we let a Chinese national move here in 2011 and gain access to our highest levels of defense technology. We shouldn’t be surprised at this point.
I mean we let former nazis start our ballistic missile and space program. Then we accused half of them with being communists.

Get out of here with your logic, sound reasoning and measured conclusions. This makes too much sense sooooo it won’t happen

This is one of the structural problems with our government, if we live in an oligarchy, where money buys policy, then the system doesn’t necessarily discriminate between domestic and foreign money.

Didn’t foreign donations fund Obama?
Iirc, he was busted, and much like the ramifications concerning the illegalities that Joe and Hillary employed..,
