I know. I was a D1 athlete during the time sports betting started blowing up a few years ago. All I'm saying is that there are probably more student athletes that bet than those that don't (at least on the men's side of things).

All the gambling sites/apps require you to submit your SSN and/or license info to verify your identity. Kayshon wasn't 21 when it happened. Quite possibly he had a friend/family member use his payment info to make bets.

The issue we have is there's no that Kayshon averaged 22 bets PER DAY over a 13 month period. It's entirely possible more players were involved in this.

There’s lots of personal memories & tradition tied to LSU sports for me. I’m kind of just hanging on & hoping for some positive change as the new landscape settles in.

How many family members are placing bets? the average 22 / day betting is based on if someone placed bets every single day. It's more likely that bets were done way ahead of time and placed in a much higher volume.

If it's truly someone acting as a bookie and taking bets every day 24/7, then you have a system in place that multiple people were using.

If he bet or took points against us, what a POS. Deserves to be made an example ala Pete Rose if that is the case.

That doesn't make any sense. There was never a finding that Pete Rose ever bet against his own team. No one should be betting on their own team no matter the outcome.
