Ducks are here. We've killed limits for the last week.

Been gone all week for work so no where this morning. May haul arse north to the Trinity depending on the report I get back.

Delta, SWLA delta, NELA delta, or MS delta?

Wife and I been killing 3-5 wood ducks per day up here in North LA. Finally got some water in our holes now that the season ends tomorrow.

No
Hit it hard during this 3rd split and it has been crap.

Decided to spend the morning with the wife and some friends. Headed to Laffy for brunch at Parish Buscuit.

Well, hunted all last weekend and just woodies and one gray. Was thinking hard on going this weekend but work was making it tough. They didn't crush them but shot over a 3 man limit.

Figures.

Scratched a 2 man limit of mixed. Could have been out by 7, but for some reason I thought we were going to be able to cherry pick green heads. Boy was I wrong or either I didn’t wait long enough, but at 9 I told the guy with me to kill anything except shovelers and woodies.

Didn’t not hunt but had to run to a jobsite in Mogadishu north and saw the most birds I’ve seen in La branche in 30 years

SWLA coast. Killed 5 ducks in 2 days. Terrible. Don’t understand why we didn’t get a push of birds
