Bought a certified preowned F250 from them for a good price. Day one steering is jacked up. Tried to charge me 5k to fix it even with a 90 day bumper to bumper warranty, on top of life time power train warranty. Had to fight with service department for days.

I will never buy another vehicle from them ever again.
Paper towels, TP, paper plates, zip locks, DEF, socks, gas for the wife’s car
Appreciate it. Bank was cool with a bill of sale it seemed. They didn’t seem to care as long as they get their money.
Looking for some guidance (step by step) selling my used boat to a buyer in MS/AL (not sure if state matters)

My understanding is I can create a bill of sale for both boat and trailer separately? Then secure the funds, pay off remaining loan, and bank will send title of boat and trailer to buyer?

Does the bill of sale need to be notarized?

Any other steps? Cancel license plate with DMV?

Thanks in advance!
As has been reiterated throughout this thread, doctors salaries are not the problem. OP, wild take. Doctors salaries accountant for a small % of healthcare dollars.

You have no idea what it’s like to go 300k in med school debt, sacrifice your 20s, work your arse off for the government and insurance companies to tell you how much your time is worth.

Malpractice as a solo provider? Last check I wrote was 45k for the year. It is near impossible to make money working for yourself.

Yes extra tests get ordered. That’s to keep the scumbag attorneys off me and my family. 50%+ of the test/imaging I order I know will be negative.
Also a lot of unnecessary testing is done per pt request bec the customer is always right now. Sure you want your knee MRI tonight in the ER? Don’t be surprised to get a $5000 bill when that test outpt is $500. Can’t have your cake and eat it too.

Ran the river a few times in the last week, not a lot at dusk or dawn.

Hadn’t heard much from our lease in Little Chenier

Appreciate that info. We figured the trout would be small and got lazy. We need a couple cold fronts I’m guessing to push the keepers in there?

Any recs/reports on fishing some lights? Finally got a night off after a stretch.

Would love to be able to catch them in the canals in Slidell, but I’m not sure if they are there yet. Debating that vs heading down the road to grand bayou.

They may as well going looking for the beer men around the city and see who’s fastest
If we had a top 50 defense we make the playoff last year. This year need a little more than that
Pretty sure alontae is leading the league in sacks. He definitely drew attention away
99% of “sinus infections” are viral, and don’t need antibiotics. Of course when people get a steroid they feel better, but this also isn’t indicated and can do harm.

The only consideration for “secondary infection” could be if symptoms got better and then got worse again day 7-10

Ran up river in Venice at sunset. Not one.
Most deck hands work for solely tips. Captain may guarantee something but often not much

So we typically do 20% to deckhand if they work hard, are personable etc it’s the captains job to put you on the fish
I don’t find bay eloi to be near as consistent as it used to be. To answer your question anywhere btw 7-15’. A lot well heads have been ripped up. Dirty water from diversions/MS river. People have better luck in the sound.

Plenty to do in your boat outside of long summer time trout runs. I wouldn’t want to get caught out there in that if the wind kicked up.

Please enlighten me and help me on where to park? Takes 30 mins to get off campus.

Nola has some redeeming quality restaurants. It’s just big enough to eat kind of ethnic food you’d like.

It is severely lacking a seafood market.

For sure, open to suggestions/plans. Please share if you have something you like. I just need it be sturdy enough to hold 50W/offshore tackle
