I just read the ingredients on a carton of eggs and it said this...

"Pasture raised, brown grade A large eggs".

Nowhere on the package does it tell me what kind of egg it is. What species of egg or what sort of animal produced this egg.

What are we to infer from this?

Interesting observation. If there were anything that looked remotely similar to a chicken egg that were cheaper to produce, I’d say you might be on to something. But there’s not, so you aren’t.

I still never understood why we are the only country that refrigerates eggs. Everywhere else in the world they are out on a shelf.

Weird ... I'm reading the update on this thread when I hear a knock on the back office door. Client hands me a dozen yard eggs. This is some Mayberry RFD kind of stuff . I put them on the office train display and took a picture. The white egg on the front row is a giant.
