Eggs are a super food. I eat at least 5 high quality eggs per day from my neighbours hatchery. There's this one that looks like Mozart with crazy feathers on top its head.

A couple of big ole fried eggs with a side of bacon or sausage is a great way to start your day. Dude should try the Early Bird Burger at Desi Vega's Hamburger place in Harahan; big ole fried egg & bacon on top of a burger. Sloppy to eat but so damned good.

My man Guy Fieri will eat everything on the fricking planet EXCEPT for eggs. For some reason that is his breaking point. He'd probably eat Lizzo's arse before eating an egg. Love that Guy.
