Get some correspondence from time to time where the sender has done this. Can't imagine anyone having an issue with it. I always start an email with Mr. or Ms. so and so...can't always tell what sex someone is from their name, let alone their gender. If it hurts their feelings I hate it for them and if they will tell me what the prefer I will use it but leave me to my own devices and Ima failsafe to 58 years of doing the same shite. I am willing to change, just let me know...if you don't I ain't....

I feel I'm a pretty smart guy but half these pronouns don't make sense to me when used in a sentence, the grammar is all off.

I would make an issue out of it. Put something offensive like "Toxic Male". Then I'd see what happened and take it up a notch from there.

I just wouldn't do it. They cannot fire you for refusing to put them on the e-mail. And if they did you just sue them for violating your religious rights.

Something fun I found is you can really depersonalize/dehumanize people with pronouns. I like using gender neutral ones, especially it -- it makes for some funny interactions. Just use they/them/theirs/it/you for everything and play dumb.
