- LSU (7-3) will face Georgia State (6-4) in Tiger Stadium on Saturday. The game will kickoff at 7pm on ESPN2.

- LSU is favored by 30.5 points. The over/under is 71.5.

- Jayden Daniels was named SEC Offensive Player Of The Week for his performance against Florida. Daniels set the SEC record for total offense, racking up 606 total yards in the 52-35 win over Florida ... Became first player in FBS history to pass for 350 yards and rush for 200 yards in the same game as he totaled 372 yards through the air and 234 on the ground... LINK

- Charles Turner named SEC Offensive Lineman Of The Week.

- Malik Nabers leads the country in receiving yards (1284)... LINK

- Brian Thomas leads the country in receiving touchdowns (13)... LINK

- LSU/Texas A&M game on November 25th will kickoff at 11am CT on ESPN.

- Kelly on Jayden Daniels off the field...came to program not knowing anyone, very approachable, never built a bubble around himself, great demeanor and personality off the field.

- Kelly can't recall a player in his past making as big a jump as Daniels did from last year to this year.

- Defensive Line coach Jimmy Lindsey was at the game. With the program on a part time basis (administrative role). Lindsey has been away from the program since August due to health issues.

- John Emery has an ACL tear is out for the season.

- Kelly on Transfer Portal: will be very selective on who he pursues. Focus is filling the roster with freshman.

- Kelly says Daniel's biggest improvement from last year is throwing the deep ball. LSU offense leads the country in plays over 20 yards (87).

- Logan Diggs injury status is unknown...will know more by tomorrow.

Another “FU” from the SEC for complaining about the corrupt officiating?

That sucks so fricking bad.

After every thing that young man has gone through to have this happen. Seems even worse IMO because mere seconds earlier, he broke someone's ankles and then goes down after no contact.

Get well soon Emery!

Did I hear correctly that he expects Nabers to return for senior season?

Credit to Turner for bouncing back strong last week. The Bama game was probably his worst as a starter, so that’s good to see. I didn’t notice any poor snaps and we didn’t have any of the snap infractions or double-clutches vs UF.

Sucks for whoever is going to the game, but I'm ok with this. JD will be all over every tv in the country. People will be at home with family or out shopping and every single tv will have him on. Good final push towards Heisman

Yeah, Kelly kinda slipped upped and said he didn't expect Malik would be leaving, before catching himself and redirecting the answer.

Sounded more like tongue and cheek
If he's projected 1st round I don't see much reason for him to return especially with a new QB

If we are lucky and can get him a good NIL deal, Thomas might come back.

But there is no way Nabers is back. He’s going to be a top 15 pick

Nabers should leave. It's VERY unlikely he could top his performance this season. Selfishly I'd love to see him back with LSU, but he doesn't have anything more to prove to pro scouts.

Meaning the head cases he gave second chances to isn't likely to happen again...

Kelly comment about Lindsay back part time and in admin role makes me think he won't be the dline coach next season

Same time as the Ohio State at Michigan game, doubt we'll be the game people across the country are watching at that times slot

I really hate it for him. Not a strong running back draft if he was able to play the entire season he would have had 1000 yds rushing and likely could have been a 2-4 round draft pick.

Don't mind him coming back but with Jackson and Holly getting a full offseason and year under their belt thats going to be a crowded backfield yet again.

Wonder how that will translate to defense. Another “one season away” kind of season?

I thought this was Diggs' last year of eligibility. In any case, even with Jackson and Holly having experience, I've seen nothing from them that makes me think Diggs would not still be a comfortable RB1.
