How old, and weight class?
I haven't done much beyond the basics, because when you get into your 40s with kids and wives, you're not going to be able to maintain the discipline to get the full impact of "lots o gear." TRT and Clomid probably cover enough.

Why are you deadlifting?

Those are basically the words of Robert Oberst. I agree with Obie unless you are competing in powerlifting/Strongman straight bar DLs don't make much sense on the risk/reward scale. This is certainly an issue with a LOT of disparate opinions.

I was wondering the same thing. I squat 405 for reps and only deadlift 135 just for some posterior chain maintenance. Heavy deads make no sense.

the only steroid that can actually burn fat is tren. but even then its minimal. you get ripped from diet. steroids just help you maintain muscle and strength while dieting.
