Just a strict hypothetical out of boredom. The Blazers apparently will trade their pick unless it falls #1. Well let’s say they fall #2. Would you trade Zion for #2, Sharpe, and money filler?
I’m not saying I want to trade Zion but this trade scenario I feel like could be interesting to some.

You don't trade Zion unless he asks out. Either way, you just can't go into next year with the same plan. Pels will be in year 5 with Zion.

If this was 2K I’d do it 
the Pelicans obviously wouldn’t tho for the same reason they wouldn’t draft Ja Morant over Zion. If he ever stays healthy, you don’t want to be the guy that got rid of that kind of talent.

I wouldn't think Zion with his injury history would be that coveted.
Sure on paper you love the guy and teams should be tripping over themselves to get him, but how much would a team be willing to give up for a player that can't be on the court for you for long runs?
But in your scenario if Portland offered that you take it.

That scenario is pretty one-sided in our favor. We should do that in a heartbeat, but I think Blazers fans would be furious about the trade from their side.
