I hate to say it, but I see zero pathway for victory in '24

Not trying to be black piller. I am happy to be shown differently and why I am wrong. And this goes for Trump or DeSantis.
Independent swing voters simply do not exist anymore in the way they used to. Economic issues used to be king, they are now down the line.
Moderates will pine that we won't settle on one of their moderates and that's the reason, the problem is all of their moderates like Asa Hutchinson are even worse than a Democrat. It's a complete non starter.
Voting is way too easy and accessible for non engaged or interested voters to take part in. This is controversial for me to even take issue with, but I am not sure how it's a good thing for uninformed and unengaged people to be taking part in the process.
Because of social media, people (especially women and young people) are way more engaged and galvanized than they ever used to be. Demographics that never used to care, now see voting as some sort of holy war, in their quest to chop kids up.
Cheating is the wildcard, and I'm not even gonna go too far into this one, because there are so many different levels and types of cheating. I personally believe cheating is something that can happen on the margins in tight elections, but for the most part it isn't the Sydney Powell type cheating that is the issue, but the process itself that is the fraud. Such as ballot harvesting, no ID laws, mail in ballots, month long voting windows, etc.
Demographics. Our base is basically just white, working class straight males. The left is importing 5M+ new loyal servants per year into this country. They have locked down the black vote, single women vote, Hispanic vote, Muslim vote, gay vote, and are even capturing the college educated white collar vote. Our demographic is shrinking and theirs is constantly expanding as they bring in foreigners and create more gay/Trans people, as well as more conditions for single women. It used to be the population was 80% white, most of whom were not college educated, and most women were married and couples voted as a household. The idea of there being it's own category for women, was not even heard of. It was expected married couples would vote the same, and moat people were married.
Issues like the border, are simply not important to anyone except people like me. The other demos could care less if we let in 50M people a year, as long as they voted the way they like.
Long story short, I don't see a pathway for states like PA, MI, GA, WI, AZ, etc. The trends are not in out favor and people like me would never support a candidate like Asa Hutchinson or Nikki Haley.
We are probably looking at least 2 more generations of heavy Marxist control with some pretty radical changes on the way. At some point down the line, we let go of the rope, and not sure we can get it back in the immediate future.
.........................
Here is the one bit of red pill, hope. As national elections and state wide elections in purple states become further out of reach. Maybe it's time local areas start acting local again. Become less and less servitude to Washington DC or even their state capitols. If enough areas act this way in a uniform way, we can begin the process of balkinization that ultimately will need to happen. There has to be a pressure release valve somewhere, or otherwise we are looking at an explosive powder keg.

TLDR
Rigged elections can’t be beat unless you rig them better yourself. We are fudged

It feels like checkmate
I still feel like DeSantis is the best option to begin to combat this because look at what he did in Florida. Trump is the popular choice but he is a spent force and will ultimately do nothing more than run on sound bites. There is no real substance there anymore and is just too damaged to win the general.

It’s because they own social media.
Good like getting the most votes ever to win.

If he gets away from uniparty hacks I'd back him 100%

Blame Ross Perot in 1992. Seriously, his 20% of the vote allowed Clinton to be elected. You don't have Clinton, you don't begin the overhaul of the bureaucrats that began with him and you probably don't get Obama either.
That's where we dropped the rope. We literally abandoned the Reagan Revolution as it was about to hit its apex over the mildest recession in history.

We won't win because all the Republicans that have a good shot at winning we label as RINO's and won't consider

I think you’re right. GA, WI, PA. MI and VA are blue and not shifting back to red. There is no Republican that can win those states.

OP is correct. The electorate no longer reflects that Republican voters hold a "silent majority".
The Dems have had a majority for a while, but they struggled to get many of those people to the polls on election day.
Now with mail-in voting, they don't have to.
This is the typical head-in-the-sand response, but OP is right

HW is likely as much to blame for this as anyone. He had too much engrained swampiness in him to just ride the wave he was given.

I feel the opposite actually.
I really feel like all of this attention every day is like a campaign within itself as I stated in another thread. This is highly likely, based on all of the other B.S. that they have tried with the gestapo "gotcha" tactics and lost, to be another "L" for the left in a desperate attempt to silence the opposition in an election.
We need MAgna Carta Part II - We can call it MAGA Carta!

Hell, blame Reagan. His amnesty started the ball rolling on this shite.

The path to victory is AZ, GA, WI, and NV. All three are winnable GOP. Very winnable with the right candidate.

Either a twit or a RINO. The democrats ballot printer will need to run more than last time for that to happen

Ronald Reagan would be labeled an "extremist" and "unhinged" to people like you by today's standards. Go watch the 1960 debate between Nixon/FDR, both candidates would be deemed too "far right".
I simply refuse to support some worm like Asa Hitchinson. I would take my chances with the enemy in front of me (Biden) at that point.

The political establishment will not lose another election they want/need to win. It's over.

Let me guess, the GOP needs to run a prochoice anti religious candidate that will be a nonstarter for the GOP base. How does Dem Lite, help the GOP win if the base stays home?
