I went on a few dates with a girl having some financial difficulties that stemmed from her divorce. I knew the ex-husband so knew her situation. It was fine. She was living well within her means, just had a hole to dig herself out of because of him. Her credit was wrecked, but I’d imagine it has recovered. It was 5 or 6 years ago I took her out. I could have dated her long term despite that, but her divorce wounds were still too fresh.
