Lmao is he really THAT guy? Good god. He’s beyond idiotic. ESPN and the sports media in general have such a smug and douche-like approach when it comes to analytics. We all know LSU was the top ranked team that season and likely all time. What metric or otherwise analysis would say they were thr 3rd ranked team? I’d be curious to see who’d even be above them in said metric. He’s trying to carry on and not make his metric look as asinine as he does with now saying Alabama in 2020 had the better team.

Just stupid. 1) It wasn’t even as talented of a roster as LSU 2019, 2) LSU defeated more ranked teams and did it on the road in front of loud hostile crowds 3) Alabama played in empty stadiums on the road with no adverse conditions, 4) Top players all over the conference and nation opted out especially in the SEC so the conference wasn’t even as good. So he’s full of shite.
