We are eating on the second day of yesterday's gumbo.
I also made grillades today that will be TOMORROW'S dinner with some smoked Gouda grits.

Got up at 4:30, made a fire, seasoned up a butt, threw it on the pit. Getting too old for this but us and my bartender are fed (forgot her BBQ sauce until after the picture). Two kinds of slaw, the kind I like and sweeter for my wife. .:)
