Asian dude handled himself well considering he was attacked from behind. Maintained good body position and kept the weapon away from his body using leverage. The attacker is a straight pussy and would get his world rocked by anyone who can fight worth a lick.

Bystander effect is very real
That wasn't the bystander effect for most of those kids. Most of them were videoing it for fun...the video itself starts with the black kid making sure he was being filmed before going and trying to knock-out-game the Asian kid.
Everyone standing around saying "drop the knife, bro" wasn't doing shite. Somebody intervene and at least take the LETHAL WEAPON away from that a-hole. I hope he faces attempted murder charges and is in jail for a while (although we all know he won't be and the Asian kid will get into just as much trouble for "fighting").
