I've lived there for 23 years.
Beavercreek, Bellbrook and Centerville are the places to be. Oakwood if you're a pretentious douche. I world stay away from dayton proper. If you do decide on dayton, east is better than west. ...

We're not good. O line is offensive. There are some high schools in AL with better O lines. We have a running back masquerading as a QB. Yes, he can throw a deep ball but I would rather him complete 70% of his passes and not get sacked than throw 1 40 yard TD and spend half the game on the ground.

I had a 1025r. Great tractor but I needed something bigger. Traded it for a 2038r. I highly recommend the 1025r if you only want a subcompact....
