In this case and considering that Jones is filing bankruptcy specifically to avoid paying significant money judgments awarded against him and his company for defaming the parents of the dead Sandy Hook children, I think that this particular bankruptcy is extraordinarily “shameful.“

You are probably thinking about the tactical bankruptcy filed by three of his other companies in order to get themselves dismissed as defendants in yet another Sandy Hook defamation case, which is currently on trial in Austin.

Not surprised, my parents listen and the bits I heard here and there sounded like he was pushing hard for donations/advertisers/product purchases - much moreso than a business who is comfortably in the black.
