Anyone who thinks there is no room for debate, explain to me where the middle (age-wise) girl's legs are or STFU. This is the same "dad" who was laughing in the GIF I posted earlier. It cut off right before he put on his sad face for the cameras.

That was an awkward sequence of emotions. Strange.

So many unanswered questions regarding SH, they refuse to answer.

The weird Super bowl appearance with a gag order.

Condition of the school prior to the shooting.

The "parents" who were actors.

On, and on... It stinks.

The media put a lid on it, and forced Jones to go silent with lawsuits galore.

I had checked the Way-Back Machine back then, the website had been live for some time but with only a couple of hits prior to the "shooting". Also Ryan Lanza has some freckles/moles/scars that line up with similar markings on Adam's face, although that's inconclusive and could be based on the fact that Adam had lots of marks. I am not coming down hard on either side, just pointing out that reasonable people can disagree.

You should be banned for repeatedly posting blind links.

I have never understood all the whining about “blind links.” Hover over it, and you can see the destination without clicking., and anyone can “lie” with the onscreen label anyway if they want to send you to some random site.

Depends on what device you are using. No way to do that on an iPhone. But I can with my Windows laptop. I think someone once said you can't with a Mac either. I don't know about that.

Too many people play monopoly and think bankrupt means totally broke and out of cash.

It, quite literally, means you can’t service your debts and hence, don’t have enough money.

In this case and considering that Jones is filing bankruptcy specifically to avoid paying significant money judgments awarded against him and his company for defaming the parents of the dead Sandy Hook children, I think that this particular bankruptcy is extraordinarily “shameful.“

Oh well. That's the law.

But filing bankruptcy does not protect future earnings does it? Assuming he loses this particular case gets a $5mm book deal, can they not go after at least some of that?

Isn't it amazing that we live in a country where you're allowed to completely restructure, or have completely erased, all of your debts simply by filing some forms?

It's the best healthcare system in the world.

It’s debt relief.

So basically everyone wanting their student loans paid.

no. the debt is completely discharged. if future earnings were recoverable, there would be no point.
