Wait!

You have no idea what "Infowars files for bankruptcy" means?

I thought someone here represented you as a lawyer. I must have the wrong guy.

Isn't it amazing that we live in a country where you're allowed to completely restructure, or have completely erased, all of your debts simply by filing some forms?

It's the best healthcare system in the world.

Well I don't click on blind links, and I don't care enough to look this up for myself, so I can't really provide opinions about this specific bankruptcy. Sorry.

There are two types of people in America:
1. People who are doers, builders, creators, life-changers; and
2. People who think bankruptcy is something only losers and cheaters do.

3. Those who just do not know much about it.

4. Those who know enough to criticize ONE bankruptcy, while recognizing its validity in general.

Interesting premise. Did you refer to the Nick Sandmann journalistic coverage in the same terms ... as shameful?

In this case and considering that Jones is filing bankruptcy specifically to avoid paying significant money judgments awarded against him and his company for defaming the parents of the dead Sandy Hook children, I think that this particular bankruptcy is extraordinarily “shameful.“

They want him to payout over 100 million dollars, which is ridiculous and is money he doesn’t have. This is all about obsessing over the one time he was majorly wrong so that they can shut him down for good. They’re essentially saying that he doesn’t have a right to free speech and he somehow owes the families of sandy hook for what the shooter took from them.

Censoring him from social media just wasn’t good enough, they want him gone for good because he’s a threat to the establishments narratives.

Down-vote all you want, but you don't hear bankruptcy-bashing among the successful people, unless it's to take a cheap shot. How smart are the people who mentioned Trump's bankruptcies? Not very.

How many of the resident trolls are lawyers? I’m starting to recognize a distinctive pattern here.

So how could one family be harmed to the tune of $150 million for claiming something to be a hoax that wasn't? I don't listen to Jones so don't really know his story but seriously!

The rationale for the bankruptcy was not part of the OP. He just listed a statement and a corresponding blind link. That is poor form (at best).

He got the degree of response commiserate to his OP.

As I recall, that is the total figure for the first ten families.

and despite intense dislike for the man, I defended the bankruptcies.

If you do not see the difference here, I doubt anyone could help you understand it

At least Hank is honest enough to admit upfront that bankruptcy is simply a legal tool from a financial toolbox that provides a mechanism for businesses to equitably address issues with creditors rather than play the role of an obtuse court jester.

Can you list the other times he was majorly wrong? Or are you just going to live up to the stereotype that libs have made for themselves where they just hurl insults because they lack the intellectual ability to use facts and logic.

I can definitely list all of the “conspiracy theories” he ended up being right about that people like you doubted him on.

I can sit here all day and post mainstream media narratives that were wrong, but that somehow doesn’t count as long as Alex Jones isn’t the one who was wrong.

I wasn't questioning you on that. However if anyone thinks Alex Jones did $150M worth of damage to the Sandy Hook scammers then they really need to sit down and think about how they process information.

This is the same thing as the shampeachments including Part 3, currently underway: If you peek behind the curtain you will be severely punished as a warning against anyone else who dares to stand up against the creepy pedos in power.
