He's 100% a character he created to entertain his kids when they were bored. They kept begging him to let them record him and he finally relented. They posted it to tiktok or somewhere and he blew up.
All-in-all he seems like a good dude who tries to do some good with his little bit of popularity.

I watched a few of his videos. Some were at volunteer events. Seems like a good guy.

That was his granddad's "secret seasoning". He said people getting to taste and wanting to use it is one of the best feelings he's had.
If anyone is interested he did a long interview with the How to BBQ Right podcast a while back, probably a couple years ago now. He was out of character and just talking.
His videos aren't really for me, but I respect what he does and that he's tried to use it in a positive way.

I follow him on TikTok and he is a gem on that platform. Amongst the idiot libs and the preteens dancing, here is this hilarious Cajun dude putting on a show.
He also seems to make a point to do things for charity and really gets around the community. I love his content, he seems like a really cool guy.

Wasn't saying that it wasn't a big deal. I was just clarifying that was not the accident that happened on Blind river.
