Or he comes in for 3 years and the money folks flood the NIL budget and we go out and buy the best roster imaginable to get him 1 more NC.

If you get a guy like this i'd go get a Sam Pittman or Gus Malzahn to pair with them. Someone who has been an HC at a major university.
Similar to Sean McVay having Wade Phillips when he became the HC for the rams.
