Belle River Accident with Stalekracker

Does anyone have any information on the boating accident this past Saturday with Stalekracker as the passenger on the boat that fled scene? I heard they were caught later and driver of boat was charged with DUI. I can't find any details on the interwebs.

I'm guessing this is referring to the boat accident in the other thread, hadn't heard anything about him being in the boat however.

Not related. No one was seriously injured in this specific incident on belle river/Lake Verret area.
