It may not be a monologue in the truest sense because it isn't uninterrupted but I'm calling it a monologue anyway.

A monologue is more than a couple of sentences. That disqualifies Eastwood. That being said, Patton is number 1 hands down. Pacino in Devil’s Advocate is damn good though
