IF this is real (and I say this just in case its a manufactured picture, you just never know. Im not saying it is, I am just saying in case it could be), they have a lot of fricking questions to answer.
Can the Texas Rangers or anyone investigate this and take any type of legal action against these frickers? I can't imagine being a parent of one of the kids who were killed and see this. This doesn't make sense at all. They had the tools, you telling me there wasn't at least one of them whose instinct would have to say frick it, I am going in?
How do they do nothing for a fricking hour? There has to be more to this.
