I’m convinced 85% of Americans are idiots

Just watch how people cry to airlines on Twitter.
Have a group of 12 scheduled to fly tomorrow, 1st flight got cancelled, called agent and an hour later we were rebooked out of another airport.
I check out Twitter to see how folks are handling all these cancellations and it’s filled with people crying instead of handling their business.
Another feather in the this country is screwed cap.
TLDR: Dear Facebook
Have a group of 12 scheduled to fly tomorrow, 1st flight got cancelled, called agent and an hour later we were rebooked out of another airport.

I don’t use Twitter, but oddly enough, I’ve read that some companies are actually much quicker to respond to problems on Twitter than anywhere else.

I’m not old enough to remember when men wore suits and actually smoked on a plane but I have a feeling times were better then.
