This and I'd cite to the 6th circuit's decision in the Shawnee State University professor case.
If an employee's speech (usually less protection) is protected under first amendment regarding pronouns, then a student's should be too.

That's why this keeps happening. It's the freaks that are always the aggressor, constantly pushing forward with the backing of politics and the media. The normies are just living their lives and get caught backpedaling by one of these psychos, it's time to start pushing back. I think for the most part our society would let the freaks live their lives in peace, but the attacks, intimidation, forced submission, etc means it's time for some bullying to come back into life.
