Kiel middle schoolers investigated over use of pronouns
KIEL, Wis. (WLUK) -- An investigation into three Kiel Middle School students has been launched.
The school district has filed a Title IX complaint against the students, accusing them of sexual harassment for using incorrect pronouns when addressing another student.
“I received a phone call from the principal over at the elementary school, forewarning me; letting me know that I was going to be receiving an email with sexual harassment allegations against my son,” Rosemary Rabidoux, one of the parents of the students being accused said.
“I immediately went into shock! I’m thinking, sexual harassment? That’s rape, that’s inappropriate touching, that’s incest” Rabidoux said. “What has my son done?”
Rabidoux’s 13-year-old son Braden is one of the three eighth grade Kiel Middle School students accused of sexual harassment - something she disputes.
“(The investigating principal) said he’s being allegedly charged with sexual harassment for not using proper pronouns,” said Rabidoux. “I thought it wasn’t real! I thought this has got to be a gag, a joke -- one has nothing to do with the other.”

It’s definitely not sexual harassment in and off itself.
Unless everything they’re saying around the pronoun is sexual harassment, which seems unlikely.
Maybe regular harassment but damn charges on a 13 year old For bullying is nuts. And that’s maybe the worst case scenario of what these kids were doing.

That's not a new Orwellian law that anyone, much less an under aged child has to adhere to this movement.
Get an attorney and go scorched earth on the school, parents, board, district, etc.

IF you're gonna put on any record that my child had done anything in regards to sexual harassment it better be more than pronouns.
I need to cool down a sec, just reading that infuriated me alot. woooosah. Nope, not helping.
I wish a MF would call me with some BS like that. Cops will need to be called.

GAWD lawsuits need to be filed already. Where are the law groups that say they are defending this stuff?
So is the left saying this is all a sexual matter? If so, teachers who are pushing this can be charged with inappropriate sexual behavior/conversations with minors then.

They beat these kids down with this bullshite and it effects them for life.
2 things need to happen.
Principal needs his arse kicked. The arse kicker pays his fines with money
from a fund the other parents have pay into.
Class action lawsuit. Make them sweat. Make them either back down or pay.

Good thing they didn't have this bullshite when I was in middle school. The place would have been empty with 80 teachers just sitting on their asses.....except the coaches. They would have been kicked out with the rest of us.
