Here's an appropriate response from someone who has employed hundreds of blacks and other POC and paid them top dollar for hard work which I was not afraid to do myself:
Get off your lazy arse and work it till it's no longer an anchor. Contribute to society, not to mention your own character, and for God's sake lose the victim attitude. Every single POC that I know (I know MANY) who has followed this path would absolutely laugh at the idea of "simply trying to survive an America that continuously threatens our very existence."
This is crybaby pablum in this day and age. Black people, if you have a problem these days, let me give you a hint, the problem is YOU!

“Black folks” being denied voting rights is now simply a 2020s euphemism for illegals not being able to vote, dead people not being able to vote and other horrific things like voter ID or signature verification.
The Communists are using “Black folks” as a Trojan horse to make voting a permanent free-for-all in order to manipulate elections from now on and cement their hold on power.

it really bothers me when black people...writers, talking heads, activits, preachers, whatever....use the term folks after a race.
they sound like ol timey preachers, I immediately dont think they are capable of civil discourse and turn the channel, click off, leave etc.

Blacks need to get rid of that chip on their shoulder. Their whining is getting tiresome. Get your shite together, and stop blaming others. We've given you everything you've asked for, at our own expense and not improvement, and we are at the point where you are coming across as a bunch of ingrates.
