Not much to chose from in 1969.

I'm amazed Butch and Sundance made more than twice as much as the second highest grossing film that year with over $100 million.

I think I was born in the worst year for movies in the entire 1960s (How bad you ask? Both Billy the Kid vs Dracula and Jesse James vs Frankenstein's Daughter came out the year I was born) Here's the best I can do.
