I live in New Orleans and have never heard of any of those streets.
Did you move there last week?

And Atlanta is far larger.

They usually say Uptown for everything, guess they couldn't stretch it this time.

Like the brother who pointed a gun at me in traffic a few years ago?

Damn, these perpetrators must have been going to the range. Sounds like their aim is getting better

Yeah, unfortunately that happened by that tPOS. They tend to drive more aggressively, weaving in and out of traffic, merging into your lane at the last second and the list goes on and on. They are more prone to cause a scene and confront someone because they think the opposite party won’t do anything.

Any innocent people killed? By innocent, I mean anyone not up to no good, which I doubt because people who are not up to no good are usually not hanging out in the streets at 11:20PM on a Friday (unless they were out somewhere and it happened in a parking lot and a stray bullet hit an innocent person).. If not then I don't care.
Sure it sucks as 14 year old was killed, but the reality of it is.. He was probably already involved in gang activity, since they recruit them young.
The sad part is that for everyone that is killed there is 2 or 3 others than can replace them.
