TIL that Mexico is just part of the US and they don't know it. Guess we should denazify Mexico!

I wouldn't surprise me at all if Ukraine finds a way to take it to North Korea and Iran.

Ukrainian special forces are conducting operations against Russian mercenaries in Africa, security sources have confirmed to The National.
It is understood that specialist operators have flown from Kyiv for secret missions in Sudan that have ended in the deaths of soldiers from the Wagner Group.
A video released by the Kyiv Post, sourced from Ukraine military intelligence, shows a captured Russian prisoner being interrogated alongside two African soldiers.
All three are dressed in only their combat trousers with their hands bound, blindfolded and kneeling in a shallow trench while being questioned by an alleged Ukrainian in combat fatigues in a voice that is disguised
Around them are dead bodies and equipment of other mercenaries somewhere in the bush in Sudan.
A mercenary states in Russian that he is from “PMC [private military company] Wagner” and arrived in Sudan with 100 other fighters from the Central African Republic with a mission to “to overthrow the local government”.
The two fighters say they were paid $1,000 each for the operation.
The video also shows alleged Ukrainians in combat fatigues using night vision goggles carrying specialist assault rifles and a soldier with the blue and gold Ukraine insignia on his shoulder.

Ukraine's maritime exports reached pre-war level in January
Thanks to the functioning of the Ukrainian sea corridor, the volume of the country's sea exports returned to pre-war levels in January.
Source: Denys Shmyhal, Ukraine’s Prime Minister, during a government meeting
Quote: "The Ukrainian maritime logistics corridor has been operational for six months. Six months ago, we lifted the Black Sea blockade and increased Ukrainian maritime trade," the head of government said.
Details: In addition, a project on export insurance against military risks, specifically the insurance of ships entering Ukrainian ports, could be launched at the same time.
"More than 660 ships have already passed through the new grain corridor, carrying approximately 20 million tonnes of cargo to 32 countries around the world. 70% of these cargoes contain agricultural products from our agricultural producers," Shmyhal emphasises.
In January, Ukraine resumed pre-war sea export volumes, and total exports are already approaching the pre-war levels.

It's always about the hatred, the dictatorial desire. People like him despise their fellow Americans with such a passion that they are happy to support murderous dictators if they think that helps them oppose the Americans that they dislike.

They really do brainwash y’all, don’t they? It’s actually really amazing how so many people can be forced into sheep like this.

This is not a civil war. It is a war between two sovereign nations.

How many lived in Russia before the war? How many are children taken against their will? How many lived in places like Mariupol or the occupied parts of Ukraine where the only choice the people had was flee to Russia or stay and live in rubble? I know a woman from Mariupol whose husband died fighting the Russians. She hates Russia with a passion but she moved herself and her kids to Rostov on Don because her kids were starving. She can’t leave the country because the Russians took their Ukrainian passports and the Russian passports they were given identity then as Ukrainians. When they tried to flee to Kazakstan last year they were pulled off the bus taken by police to the nearest bus station and sent back to Rostov on Don.

Question. Why do you want Russia to overrun a sovereign country? Does it please you? Russia claims it’s fighting Nazis but they sure are doing some Nazi shite just rolling into other countries and claiming them as theirs. My ultimate top line reason, the neocons are evil, and they are impoverishing and destroying this country. I want them to lose, and I want to see them run out of this country.
So you hate neocons are impoverishing the USA. However, you support Putin who has made himself one of the world’s richest men by stealing from the Russian people for 20+ years. Geez how much brain damage did you suffer in the military or are you just a FSB agent pretending to be a US veteran? Because you either have to have a lot of brain damage or be a foreign agent to not see the irony and stupidity of your positions.

Voluntarily There were 1.6 million Ukrainians in Russia before the fighting began in 2014, of which two thirds were economic migrants. That figure climbed to 3.2 million by 2020, bolstered by refugees. I spoke with one person who had family in Odessa, he said they sold everything they had, and moved to Russia. This was before the war started in 22.
How many have moved voluntarily since the invasion in 2022?

Hillary Clinton shares your opinion of the Tucker / Putin interview. So does Joe Biden.

Kim Jong Un and the Iranians who chant “Death to America” share your opinions. I dislike Joe Biden and Hillary Clinton almost as much as I dislike Bama fans, but I would rather be on HRC’s and FJB’s side than Iran’s.

"President Putin, how much of a burden has it been to you morally that Ukrainian residential buildings keep getting in the way of your peace missiles?"

Actually they went in with about 20-30 thousand. They ratcheted up from there. They have at least 500 million men committed to the Ukraine war now.
500 million men?
You have a link to that figure?

so you're looking at a supply line that truly does start in the US, or in Western Europe, and once it gets in the country, it's not necessarily easy to get to the front. I think it was in Bahkmut that someone came up with the term "mosquito logistics" to describe the way the Ukrainians were using civilian vehicles to cover that final mile to the front. You do what you have to, but it's not efficient and it shows you how hard things are for them.
Maybe that’s why so much weaponry given to them winds up on the black market, it’s easier to sell it than transport it that final one mile.

British Defence Intelligence
INTELLIGENCE UPDATE
UPDATE ON UKRAINE 08 February 2024
Avdiivka remains a primary focus of Russian operations. Russia continues attacks in the south-eastern city limits, with urban street-to-street combat taking place. Over the past two weeks, Russian forces have likely rotated in additional forces to the Avdiivka sector, increasing the pressure on Ukrainian positions around the city. Ukraine continues to conduct counterattacks to ensure the main supply route remains in use.
Over the past four weeks, approximately 600 guided munitions have been launched against Ukrainian positions in Avdiivka from tactical aircraft. Russian sorties increased guided aerial munitions strikes from 30 to 50 per day on 5 February 2024, an increase of 66 per cent over the last two weeks. However, Russian fighters are forced to launch munitions at range, degrading their accuracy due to the continued threat of Ukrainian air defence.
Russia is almost certain to continue offensive pressure in this area over the next several weeks, heavily leveraging tactical air power to support its effort.

Commander: Ukraine downs Russian Ka-52 attack helicopter near Avdiivka
by Dinara Khalilova and The Kyiv Independent news desk February 8, 2024 1:14 PM
Ukrainian forces shot down a Russian Ka-52 Alligator attack helicopter near Avdiivka in Donetsk Oblast on Feb. 7, Oleksandr Tarnavskyi, the commander of Ukraine's Tavria group fighting on the southeastern front lines, said on Feb. 8.
"The enemy's Alligator with its crew was hit by a portable anti-aircraft missile complex and fertilized the soil in the Avdiivka direction," Tarnavskyi said on Telegram.
The Ka-52 Alligator is an updated twin-seat variant of Russia's Ka-50 attack helicopter designed to destroy enemy armored and unarmored ground targets, tanks, low-speed aerial targets, and personnel, according to the Airforce Technology website.

Yeah those Bradley’s and M1A1s are going pretty cheap on FB marketplace.
ETA: I just got a hell of a deal on 5,000 155 mm shells on Ebay. The deal was so good that you could almost call it a steal.
