That’s contemporary Latina culture. I spend about 1/3 of my time down there and women push the envelope in ways I’ve never seen here. They work what they have unapologetically.

A friend of mine dressed like this when her son was younger. She is still very well put together even after her son graduated high school.
It wasn’t fun for him to have his high school classmates talk about wanting to do his mom and fapping to her old pictures.
I guess the point is she may think it is edgy or whatever now but her kids have to live with those images being out there forever and everyone seeing them.
