Seen those crowds Jackson State had, but that has to translate to dollars and be repeated for a decade plus…

The NCAA did bend. That is the issue they bent and the people wanted more. They allowed them to work, they allowed them to get Pell Grant money, they allowed them to get all kids of things. But people like Jay Bilas wanted more and more and eventually it killed the structure, not realizing what the structure had was actually right.

You know since 1995 Russell, Nike, Adidas, and Riddell gave them 100% free equipment? Of course you did not because it does not fit the narrative. Every two years Russell went in gave them 3 sets of uniforms for every sport. Then in 2005 Nike Adidas and UA tied the shoe deals into uniform deals.
I want to know what SWAC MEAC teams did with the money they saved? What administrator pocketed that cash?

then you have NFL Light....so its a lesser a product with what's becoming less and less affiliation with the actual school and traditions. It's going to turn large chunks of fan bases off.
