If it was the new normal JSU would have signed a whole lot of other players. This was an anomaly. Players are going to be impacted by NIL, but the TX schools are going to be the biggest beneficiaries, not HBCU.

That kid is going to look around at the talent level of the average coed at JSU compared to where he was potentially going and will be in the portal before you can say "Prime Time".

Florida State would be smart to hire Deion next year. They fricking suck with a traditional coach, and Prime would be bringing top-5 classes every year.

JSU has basically become relevant again in the SWAC under his watch. They have not been this good in many years.

He’s 11-1, only lost a one possession game to UL Monroe, won the SWAC and is now playing in the Celebration Bowl (de facto HBCU championship game). So yeah, he’s not too bad

It's a clownshow and anyone thinking he went there due to some higher calling is a clown.
Zero chance that kid goes to JSU without the 1.5 large.
