It is, but he's almost certainly going to take the big money, play 1 year at Jackson St, and if he is a baller, immediately transfer to a P5 program.

But, isn't he the top rated prospect this year? He would get NIL money anywhere, and playing against shitty FCS competition is going to do nothing for his development.
