Most of our TAF fees this year will be going to supplying the coaching staff with enough packs of Depends.

I wondered about him as well Papertiger. So I looked on YouTube and saw some videos of him teaching and oh my gosh..,... he can actually teach WR. Who would have thought that a guy who has been teaching NFL wide outs actually might know what he is talking about. From what I could tell he was pretty adament about technique and the little things.

Players do not hang out with the coaches. They want to be developed to get into the NFL. Period.

Tone deaf. Seriously they quote Wendell Davis in the official release.

And actually name him “senior” offensive asst. couldn’t they just name him Passing Game Coordinator?

And the pic they used? Is it possible they could have found a more youthful head shot?

"Coach Jerry, what's this? Put that new Lil Pump song on."

"What did you say about gas pumps son?"

Two-time LSU All-American receiver Wendell Davis shared his thoughts on the hire. “Coach Sullivan is by far one of the best coaches and teachers at the wide receiver position that I have ever been coached by,” Davis said in a statement.

“He was not only my coach, but he was also a mentor and a father-figure to me. “He’s a great teacher and he does a great job of relating to the players. He does a great job of explaining the role of the receiver and how it fits in with the offense. He’s a very strong technician. He really teaches the basic fundamentals of the position. I’m excited to see that he’s back at LSU. He’s going to be a great asset for the LSU coaching staff.”

one thing LSU needs badly is someone that can teach technique to our WR's. we have to have a passing game this year. good post.

Thanks. That's it, though? Not much detail there and it doesn't say he won't recruit.

Could be true, but at the time of that quote, he technically wasn’t a recruiter.

I am Tired of carrying a guy on staff who can barely coach to make up for an old arse motherfricker on staff who can’t recruit.

But Ed O ain’t smart enough to learn too many names.
