So basically he's had one stellar win at USC and LSU, both of whom were extremely talented teams that underachieved. He got them playing alright but not good enough to do anything in their biggest games of the year.

Worse. And he wouldn't have set offensive records like CEO. It definitely wouldn't have been fun and exciting to watch LSU play like they should have been all along.

You're an idiot if you don't think we were going to run all over Ole Miss, Ark, and Mizzou this year regardless of who had the headset on.

If you don't take into consideration how he turned both USC and LSU around after taking over, you are an IDIOT.

He turned us around? He went 5-2 with one of the most talented and THE most experienced team in the country and lost to our only two decent opponents.

WTF.

then why couldn't he get any interviews after USC?

Could have been the way he left USC. They wanted to retain him but he left before the bowl game. They players, boosters and media have said that they didn't blame him. Others may not think this.

No, its because he's an historic failure as a permanent head coach. That's the reason.

That's disingenuous. We don't have very talented lines, our QB is a Purdue transfer, and Forunette was hurt.

I'm not excusing the Bama and UF losses, but we weren't a playoff team this year. Would have taken luck to beat Bama.

He's the guy that asked what excuses Herman fans would make when Houston lost to Louisville.

what the hell

Well since you aren't smart enough to comprehend. Oregon was ranked as high as #2 maybe #1 since they didn't lose a game until their 9th. in the country in 2013. They lost two games that year. The two teams they lost to had been beaten by CEO's USC team.

That's such bullshite. You are mad at Alleva because you think O sucks. To make your point you constantly bash CEO, not Alleva.

That's absurd.

We have 2 first team All-SEC OL and our defense was dominant. Guice was Fournette's backup and broke records.

Yes there is. It was Ole Miss. It was also 10 years ago.

Hilarious that you are calling out other posters for being dishonest. This is the most dishonest answer possible

And before you ask, I pointed out the guy before O won 10 games in his 2nd to last year and the guy after O won 9 in each of his first 2 years, so No, No there is no excuse for winning 10 games in 3 years, even at Ole Miss no matter how long ago it was.

quote:

CEO went 6-2 at USC and 5-2 so far at LSU

and beat all of 1 good team

quote:

Tom Herman went 4-3 in his last seven and wound up in 6th place in the AAC. 4th in his division while losing to Navy (16 point dog), SMU (23 point dog) and Memphis (5.5 point dog).

we weren't talking about Herman but what a surprise the most intellectually brain dead poster on the site repeats his same useless cherry picked talking point.

quote:

but you're all about hiring Herman

No, I was really all about hiring Fisher, Peterson, Franklin, Petrino or Patterson. But yes, would 100% take Herman over Orgeron because of the upside which unfortunately well beyond your level of understanding

CEO amounted a media campaign to get the job. He deserves bashing as much as Alleva. Alleva is a retard for falling for O's nonsense.

So since we beat Ole Miss this year and they beat Bama twice that should mean that Coach O should be a shoe in for Saban's replacement right?

I knew we shouldn't have hired Coach O, Bama is definitely going to come calling when Saban retires.
