so what you are saying is that Nutt was able to win with O's players, but O couldn't

I'm saying I agree with Hugh Freeze and Ole Miss fired CEO too early. Just like Texas fired Charlie Strong a year too early. Three years is not enough time for a coach to turn a program around. Nutt benefited from what O had established and could not maintain it. That is why he went 1-7 in his third year and 0-8 in his fourth. He got four years only because of the shape CEO left the Ole Miss program in.

Hopefully O doesn't turn this thing into anything below an Altima for #Jimbo2018.

I mean, it's hard to not fire someone when they go winless in league play in year 3.

are you just being purposely obtuse? O wasn't turning around OM, he was sinking it further

any coach worth a shite, you start seeing results by year 2 or 3

Ok. His offensive gameplans vs Bama and Florida were horribly ineffective. At the very least, no improvement from our last coach. Sound fair?

Wait are we back to saying that because Hugh Freeze, a coach in the SEC WEST who will be coaching AGAINST O, wants him to get a chance that's a good thing?

The two times we played a decent team we looked just as bad as the Wisky and Auburn games under O.

LSU gained 423 yards to UF's 270. LSU had 23 first downs to Uf's 14. I don't think LSU did as well against Wisconsin or Auburn.

The ONLY game LSU was outplayed while CEO was the coach was the Alabama game.

Sure, I'll consider it. Did he perform better than Miles would have regarding wins and losses over the 7 games, in your opinion?

Outplaying the other team doesn't mean shite when you still lose. #moralvictoryU

If ifs and buts were candy and nuts...

Scoring is the end goal for an offensive game plan. We scored 10. That's ineffective, especially since the other team scored more than we did.

by year 3, you should be showing at least some sort of improvement/heading in right direction.

not going 0-fer the conference, including a 2 TD loss to Vandy. with one of your 3 total wins being a thrilling 7pt victory over FCS Northwestern St.

He allowed an ineffective LF to be on the field, wasting carries that Guice, or some other RB could've had.
