I'd bet the house on Brian Kelly. That would still be a huge hire for LSU.

With the cryptic references to catholic and hail Mary that is who I would pick. He was the strong rumor for USC just a day or so ago...

Does this mean we now root for Houston this upcoming weekend?

Ugh. I really hate that shitty program, but I’ll bite for one game.
Actually, just my opinion we would want Cincy to win, but OkSU to win also and Cincy get left out.

Nothing would prompt Fickell to move more than doing everything right and get left out of the playoffs when a P5 school (OkSU) gets in with one loss, or even Bama with 2 losses (assuming UGA beats them close).

Then Fickell is staring at waiting for tOSU to open up or a P5 job opening. USCw and UF will be filled.

Those recruiting classes would be a little better at LSU than ND. He’s done all he can there with the academic ceiling they have.

I wish more people would realize this. Kelly would be a great hire for LSU. He’s handcuffed at Notre Dame and still in the top 10 every year.

Nothing like invigorating the team/program with youth by bringing in the 70 year old brian kelly....

If LSU hires BK away from ND I’m sending TAF a nice big thank you card.

It’s not about what person is catholic. The reference is to the top Catholic School in the ncaa. Notre Dame. Brian Kelly

It's a deliberately cryptic tweet. There's no one "right" reading.

Yes, because things were going so well for ND before you hired him.

I'll be the dumb one. "Sometimes the timing doesn't work though" I don't get this being anything good.
